When will my order ship?
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your item ships. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it's on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned , we’re working on expanding!

How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a size guide, be sure to double-check before ordering, as all items are made just for you.

What’s your return policy?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including size, color, and shipping details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you! If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jeepindivas.com, and we’ll make it right.

How should I care for my shirt/mug/etc.?
Most shirts should be washed cold, inside out, and tumble-dried low to preserve the design. Mugs are dishwasher-safe unless noted otherwise.

How do I get featured on the main page?
We love spotlighting our community! To be considered, share a photo of yourself rocking your gear on social media and tag us, post it in our Facebook group, or email it to us directly. We feature real customers regularly!
